Polos Ambula is a classic Sri Lankan dish made with tender young jackfruit and sweet-and-sour tamarind: tasty, healthy, vegan and deeply spiced.

  • Organic coconut milk

You need to add:

  • A big onion (sliced)
  • A green chili (chopped, optional)

Ingredients: Organic tender jackfruit in brine 400g, organic coconut milk 200ml, basmati rice, desiccated coconut, curry powder, tamarind paste, chili flakes, turmeric, salt, mustard seeds, peppercorns, fennel seeds, cumin seeds.
