Martin Van Iperen, of Dutch origin, has adopted ancestral techniques from his native country and adapted them to his tomes, which he has been refining in the cellars of Berry since 2005.

Truffle Tomme du Berry can be eaten with a knife at the end of a meal, or as a lightly melted accompaniment to a risotto. It also works wonderfully well in raclette. Dozens of possibilities for a unique cheese.
