The Wild Garlic Raclette is made from the same milk and the same manufacturing process as the Raclette de Savoie. During the cheesemaking process, Wild Garlic is added to the milk, which offers a soft and melting texture with fruity notes. As melt-in-the-mouth as a plain raclette, Wild Raclette Raclette has a creamy texture when warm.
