The 321200 is the Flexipat silicone 23 3/4" x 15 3/4" (21" x 14" inner dimensions) non-stick baking sheet mold from Matfer Bourgeat with raised outer edges that is perfect for preparing fruit jellies, ganaches, coulis, crème brulée, and more.This non-stick baking sheet mold is NSF listed for safety and it is usable between -40 to 500 degrees F. The Flexipat silicone surface is non-stick, so there is no greasing necessary.This baking sheet is easy to clean with a soft sponge dipped in soapy water and can be dried in the oven at 212 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes.
