Our Dark Vermicelli is made using sugar, fully-Hydrogenated vegetable fat from Palm, glucose, starch, cocoa powder, and soy lecithin. The addition of cocoa powder in the base provides a chocolaty flavor. Pack in that extra chocolate punch by dunking your cake pops and cupcakes in our dark vermicelli. It will also provide a nice crunchy exterior coating on your cake pops or cupcakes.
