The famous "capuliatu" is made with ripe summer tomatoes. They are first washed, then cut, salted and dried in the sun. When ready, they are ground and placed in oil, in a marinade with basil, oregano and other flavors. Mainly used to season pasta, bread or bruschetta but also pizza, focaccia and canapés. Ingredients: sundried tomatoes 60%, extra virgin olive oil 40%, garlic, basil, citric acid.
