A variant of an ancient recipe from Pantelleria Island. The caper pesto is made by mixing capers and pistachio, combined with extra virgin olive oil. No additives, preservatives or aromas are used in the preparation. Excellent for appetizers, a "must" in the preparation of grilled fish or red meat. Ingredients: capers 50%, extra virgin olive oil 30%, Sicilian pistachio 5%, pistachio 15%, citric acid. May contain nuts.
