About the Coffee
Cauca is a volcanic and mountainous region, where the Colombian Massif is the cradle of five major Colombian rivers that nourish the earth and create the perfect environment for the production of a smooth and rich in nutrients coffee. These are plantations of mild Arabica coffee that are subject to low average temperatures and, as a result of these conditions, it takes longer between the time trees flower and coffee cherries are ripe and ready for collection. This implies a different chemical composition in the beans and particular flavors in the cup.
