About the coffee
The Cauca region needs no introduction to coffee connoisseurs. Its terroir, altitude, temperature differential day/ night produce beans that make for excellent coffees, that always carry intense fruity notes.
An array of stones and tropical fruits, intense ripe guava, passion fruit, citrus flavors, rounded body, uplifting acidity.
