This set is designed to make mousse desserts with uniform layers for a professional and attractive appearance. The set includes a durable, 18/10 stainless steel flat sheet that acts as the base for your dessert, and three color-coded frames to easily stack and layer icing, whipped cream, mousse, jelly, or pudding. Easily determine which frame to use as the yellow corners indicate a 3/8" height, the red corners indicate a 5/8" height, and the black corners indicate a 3/4" height. Plus, its large 23 3/4" x 15 3/4" size allows you to make enough dessert for a large crowd of people with ease.To use, begin by placing the flat sheet on a clear surface where you will have plenty of room to work. Easily attach one of the stackable frames to the base, and fill with a dessert layer of your choice. Smooth it out, then repeat the process with the next frame.
