Born in 1985 to Lebanese parents and raised in neighboring Syria, he started his career as a Commis Chef in Damascus at the Four seasons in 2005.
In 2007, Chef Chabchoul moved to Dubai to broaden his horizons and seek out new experiences. His extreme and impressive talent qualified him to work at a range of restaurants and assume many roles leading up to Executive Chef at the Grand Millenium Business bay. His natural charisma makes him a perfect recurrent Chef on some of the region's most-watched TV shows: Sabah el Kheir ya Arab on MBC and his own Ramadan Cooking show on Sama Dubai.
The success that Chef Chabchoul comes down to one thing: Passion. A creative chef first, he does a tremendous job at balancing his other daily duties: Staff training and leadership, cost controlling, and the management of multiple outlets within the Hotel. Chef
