About Karim 

Born in Senegal from Lebanese parents, Karim quickly discovered his passion for pastry and followed his calling in Paris, where he graduated from one of the finest culinary institutions, Le Cordon Bleu. From there, he trained in the most prestigious establishments, quickly rising up through the ranks, and taking the role of Executive Chef in distinguished pastry & dessert powerhouses such as Fauchon, La maison du Chocolat and Hermes. Accolades followed, and in 2014 he ranked 3rd in the international competition “Patissier dans le Monde”. Today, he delights dessert lovers all around the Middle East with his incredible creations.
