Chef Fadi Kurdi has over 22 years of experience in the world of Pastry. At an early age, he realized how much he loves being in the kitchen and how passionate he is about pastry.
In his early 20’s he moved to Dubai & has been there ever since. He started at a 5-star hotel, then he worked as an Executive Pastry Chef in one of the prestigious shops in Dubai.
In 2019 he founded his own Pastry Academy, where he enjoys teaching, sharing all his knowledge & years of experience with people who come from all over the region to attend his Masterclasses.
