The concept behind this Chef's table is simple. A challenge between two Chefs: Who can create the best and most memorable dishes? 

No one knows. But we know who the winner will be: the diner joining us that evening.

Amuse bouches

Marinated Baby Shrimps with salty sticks

Hummus pesto with Savour cones.

Fraki infused with olive oil 

Selection of homemade bread & butter


Hendbeh with goat cheese, walnut, and dried berberis

Smoked Salmon pearl stuffed with hammour fish & crushed potatoes

Main courses

Roasted eggplant with kofta and red sauce

Steak & creamy garlic shrimp, asparagus, heirloom carrots, and peppercorn sauce


Palate cleanser - Sorbet



Apple Tarte, caramel popcorn, and vanilla ice cream

Turmeric cake, star anise infused, vanilla mascarpone, and raspberry sauce 


The Chef's Table is hosted in a private setting at Chef's Palette, Fairmont the Palm, Palm Jumeirah.
