About Chef Alessandro Micelli
Arguably one of the best-known Italian Chefs in the UAE, Chef Alessandro originates from Sicily, a region that is known for its culinary culture and largely considered the capital of Gastronomy in Italy.
Una Fresca Estate
Largely based on seafood, expressed in different styles and techniques, this experience is largely inspired by Chef Alessandro's hometown Siracusa. Filled with his interpretation of childhood summer foods, presented in a new and elevated way, each course will help you journey south the coast of Sicily, making pitstops at every village, fishing harbor and orchard.
