The long-awaited Gault&Millau ranking is finally here, announced in a gala event that saw 200 from the F&B's industry's finest, coming together in an evening of celebration. 

In its inauguration edition, the highly coveted, much-anticipated guide, did not surprise, rewarding some of Dubai's most established Chefs and culinary institutions.
