Chef Faisal Naser & Chef Khaled AlSaadi Supper club collaboration in Lento Dubai

Mark your calendars, this unique supper club by these two local phenomenons is limited to one night only:  Monday, 1st of August 2022 in two exclusive sittings at 7 pm and 9:30 pm. 

Taking place in the newly opened Lento Dubai on Al Wasl road, this supper club will be part of a series of Supper clubs hosted by Chef Faisal and aptly titled "Friends Supper Club". Lento, a burger and chicken sandwich joint featuring a live DJ, is quickly becoming the go-to place for hip-hop classics aficionados.   

The menu, however, for this one-night event will be Sea themed, "The Sea stories" a 6-course menu championing local produce and using local inspiration executed with international techniques. Spoiler alert: Expect dishes like Chef Faisal's Gulf white clams with dashi and corn and Chef Khaled's Fish Fat Choux with mandarin diplomat, ganache and olive oil.

About Chef Faisal Naser

He found his passion for food and cooking while studying abroad in the UK. A few part-time roles in restaurants would soon turn into something more serious, spurring him to begin his formal Chef training at Ashburton Chef Academy. Fast forward a few years, and Chef Faisal has become the most recognized Emirati Chef with 2 successful restaurants, dozens of international collaborations, and hundreds of thousands of social media followers.

About Chef Khaled AlSaadi

An avid cook since the age of 24, he is now the proud owner of Fae cafe in Abu Dhabi, now a must-visit when in the capital. Khaled's formative years took him on a unique tour of duty, working in legendary restaurants in Dubai such as Ossiano, Nobu, Hakkasan, and Gordon's Bread street kitchen. Khaled is very active in collaborations and a recurrent host in Abu Dhabi Culinary Season.
